Edale Rise Primary and Nursery School
Attendance
At Edale Rise we care about every child attending school. Attending school is essential for children's well-being and academic future. Our target is for all children to have an attendance of at least 96% or above.
Allowing children to miss a day of school unnecessarily not only means they are missing their right to education, but it is also breaking the law. Routines are necessary for parents/carers and children.
Here at Edale Rise, we understand that there can be barriers for families to overcome in order for their child to have good attendance. We will work alongside parents/carers and children to overcome these barriers together so that your child can achieve their potential.
If you have any concerns about your child's attendance or would like further information and support please do not hesitate to contact a member of the school attendance team. You can do this by calling the office on 0115 91501 080, by email: admin@edale-rise.nottingham.sch.uk or by coming into school and requesting to speak to someone at the office.
We care about your child being in school and we will do all we can to support you and ensure they attend every school day possible.
