COVID Catch Up Spend:

As a school we received £16,000 from the government to support children in their learning during the national lockdowns. At Edale rise, we spent the majority of the money on iPads for the children in order for them to access remote learning, but also to ensure they are digitally equipped for their future careers. The impact of this spending can be determined by engagement during lockdown for those children who had no devices at home and also our end of year assessment data which highlights progress and attainment for each child.
